Forget learning by trial and error or picking up questionable techniques from random observers. Join us for a day of excitement and education, where we ensure that your journey from point A to point B is not only safe but also loads of fun—although we can't guarantee you won't find yourself stuck in the mud again. What's Included?

Discover the characteristics of 4WD vehicles.

Learn the ins and outs of 4WD systems, including gearing and differential locks.

Dive into electronic systems and their assistance, featuring ABS, ESC, traction control, hill descent control, and more.

Master the art of negotiating various terrains, from rocky landscapes and muddy patches to sandy shores, snowy trails, and water crossings.

Get the lowdown on "spotting" other drivers and the when and how of track building for tackling tough obstacles.

Identify recovery points and practice safe recoveries using a variety of equipment, such as winches, snatch straps, maxx tracks, and more. Bring your own recovery gear for a personalised touch!

But wait, there's more! We'll also cover trip planning and safety equipment to make your off-road excursions a breeze.
And, at the end of the day.. You will receive your very own certificate of completion.

Exclusive Adventures for Groups:
Gather your gang! Groups of 6-8 drivers can request exclusive days and locations. Just give us a call or shoot us an email and let's plan your off-road escapade.
Pricing:

WA / NSW / TAS: $395 inc GST (2 drivers / 1 vehicle)

VIC / SA / QLD: $510 inc GST (2 drivers / 1 vehicle)
Some Terms and Conditions

Participants supply their own 4WD vehicles (no sedans or hatchbacks, please!).

Drivers must hold a minimum provisional license, and vehicles must meet their license capabilities.

Basic understanding of English required.

Suitable clothing and footwear are a must—sorry, no thongs (on your feet, anyway).

Minimum age for passengers is 16.
And a quick heads up: Once you've paid, there's no turning back. But fear not, you can transfer your spot for free to another eager driver. For rescheduling, a small administration fee may apply, and remember, a no-show means forfeiting your booking.
Please note that Performance Driving Australia takes no responsibility for incidents, crashes, damage, or injuries during our driving days. Drivers may be liable for any vehicle or facility damage. So buckle up, hold on tight, and let the off-road adventure begin!
